Welcome to my blog! My name is Victoria Scala and I’m currently a high school student with an undying passion for politics. When I first entered high school, I had no idea what my future would hold; that was until I joined JSA. JSA is the Junior State of America and is a political-based organization that emphasizes political awareness and leadership skills. This club showed me the vitality of today’s youth, as well as the magnitude of public speaking and, overall, being civic participants. Ever since then, my eyes would light up when fellow peers would discuss world leaders and current events. If there’s one thing you should know about me, it is how much I value awareness, especially among the youth (aka the future of our nation). This is one of the reasons I created my blog. I formed my blog as a way to update the public on current political issues that face the United States, also throwing my own opinions in there from time to time. I wanted to get my perspectives out there and prove that every voice matters. With that being said, I hope that you learn something from my blog and you use your voice to make a difference!
